Directions

Adult maintenance: 1 capsule per 30kg body weight daily with food.

Acute use (adults): 2 capsules per 30kg body weight daily with food.

Teenagers maintenance: 1 capsule daily with food.

Acute use (teenagers): 2 capsules daily with food.
