Kefir Complex is a dairy free powder in sachet that can be mixed into water, juice or milk to make a great tasting supplement drink. Kefir Complex contains two different live organisms, Kefir and Bulgaricus in a base of carrot, banana and xylitol with N-Acetyl Glucosamine and Glutamine.

Directions

Adults and children from age 14. One sachet daily
Children age 5-14. Half a sachet daily
Dissolve contents into cold or warm water, juice or milk (do not use hot liquid) and take with, or after a meal
