Hybrid Herbs Reishi Spore Powder 100g

This powder contains pure reishi spores which are the part of the mushroom that is used in the reproduction process.

Directions

If you’re new to reishi, it is recommended to start with a smaller serving of around half a teaspoon which can be increased to around one teaspoon if desired. Blend the powder into smoothies, shakes or juices. It can be dissolved in warm water to create a nourishing tonic tea; throw in some superfoods, berries or tonic herbs to create an elixir. Or you can sprinkle it over foods, and use it to create sauces, dips, desserts and more.
