Phospholipids are important for every cell membrane in the human body. They are the essential building blocks for all cells and are made up of a head-shaped water-soluble part and a tail-shaped fat-soluble part. Brain Bow contains a high concentration of phosphatidyl serine.

Directions

Two times a day two softgels, during or directly after a meal
After six to eight weeks the dose can be reduced to two times a day one softgel, then possibly even to one softgel a day.
