Locako Peanut Butter Collagen Brownies is a delicious make at home chocolatey mix that is truly keto and gluten-free. Enriched with pasture-raised collagen and coconut MCTs to support a low-carb lifestyle.

Directions

You will need:
Peanut Butter Collagen Brownies Mix
90g melted unsalted butter (or 50ml MCT Oil)
2 eggs

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 150°c (with fan) or 170°c (without fan). Grease a 15cm/6inch square tin and line with baking paper.
2. Place butter, eggs and brownie mix in a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
3. Spoon mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Let cool in tin completely.
