A magnesium-based bowel formula with sugar beet fibre, which contributes to an increase in faecal bulk and normal bowel function. With magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, plus FOS, apple cider vinegar and vitamin C. Ideal used as part of a detox.

Directions

Take two capsules (one serving) on an empty stomach, one to three times per day. Adjust intake to suit your requirements or as advised. Follow with a glass of grapefruit juice, orange juice or freshly-squeezed lemon juice in water (or just water).
