Directions

Immediate Support: 1g every two or three hours and once during the night.
Ongoing Support: 1g once or twice a day.
Mix with water or juice - approximately 100ml.

Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school and length of time at school.

Measuring Guide: 2-3 grams = heaped teaspoon. 1 gram = level teaspoon.
