Rob's best gluten free pinhead oats are carefully selected from British mills to give you the oatmeal fuelled head start you need in the morning.

Directions

To make coarse oatmeal: bring 360ml of water or milk to the boil. Add 80g of gluten free pinhead oats, reduce heat and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
