Igennus Iron Bisglycinate 20mg with Vitamin C 180's

High absorption iron bisglycinate is up to 4x better absorbed than standard iron sulphate whilst the added co-factor vitamin C further enhances iron uptake. Igennus use targeted release technology to deliver iron to the duodenum - the site of maximal absorption in the small intestines.

Directions

Adults: take one tablet daily in the morning. For optimal absorption, ideally take one hour before food.
