Royal Green use 75% cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil of the highest quality and 25% ghee. This certified organic ghee comes from Dutch cows, it has a rich buttery flavour. Use it to bake, roast and stir-fry.

Directions

Ideal cooking oil (baking, roasting, frying and deep-frying). Substitute for olive oil, butter or margarine. For a delicious gravy (gives a buttery flavour).
