5-HTP 60's

5-HTP is an amino acid and precursor of neurotransmitter Serotonin involved in mood, behaviour, appetite, sleep and colon motility.

Directions

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day.

L-5 Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate), Controlled Release Agent (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate, silica), Binding Agent (acacia gum).
