A food supplement based on six main sources of iron, folic acid (vitamin B9) and spirulina. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

Directions

Take two capsules a day, with meals and a large glass of water. It is recommended to take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
