Psyllium husk fibre and apple pectin have long been utilised for their bulking and cleansing properties, supporting a healthy gastrointestinal tract and normal bowel function.

Directions

Six capsules twice daily with at least 12oz (350ml) of water or four capsules three times daily with at least 8oz (230ml) of water, or as directed.

Psyllium husks, activated charcoal, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium citrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), berberine HCL, Lactobacillus acidophilus, sodium magnesium chlorophyllin, apple pectin.
