Balanced Vitamin B12 30's
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is usually only found in meat, fish, and dairy produce. As with other B vitamins, B12 cannot be stored by the body and therefore must be a standard part of the diet in order to avoid a deficiency, especially if your diet is mainly plant based.
Adults take 1 capsule daily, with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
