Adaptogenic natural support for women who don’t have regular cycles anymore and, or are in menopause. Freedom can be taken instead of or alongside HRT and contains adaptogens, mushrooms and Affron® to support the hormones.

Directions

6 grams daily. Blend, mix, sprinkle or stir into food or drink.
Can be used instead of, or alongside HRT or the contraceptive pill.
