Plant sterols are well-researched for their ability to support healthy cholesterol levels, joint health and prostate health. This formula also includes pine bark antioxidants and an essential fatty acid complex, to also provide support for immune balance, oxidative stress and overall well-being.

Directions

One capsule daily on an empty stomach, half an hour before a meal, or as directed. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.
