Directions

Recommended daily amount for adults: 1-2 teaspoons (4-8g), for children: 1 teaspoon (2-4g)

For best results take it directly from the spoon so that it can enter the bloodstream directly through the mucous membrane. Preferably in the morning before meals.
It can also be taken during or after meals or mixed into your drink.
