Taurine is an amino acid from protein, found in high levels in the retina, and is thought to support against both ultraviolet light and toxic substances. Taurine Spray contains the same natural ingredient, and is therefore thought to nourish the eyes and support against damage from UV light.

Directions

Take 5-10 sprays per day at least 10 minutes before drinking a liquid and at least 15 minutes after eating or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not spray in the eye - sublingual only.
