Directions

Shake Well: The bottle must be shaken well before each use.
Dosage Amount: Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb per serving.
Mixing: Mix the extract into 2 ounces of water or juice. This helps to improve the taste, which some find strong or bitter.
Frequency: Take the mixture two to three times daily.
Timing: For best absorption, it is generally recommended to take the extract between meals (either up to 30 minutes before eating or two hours after).
