Herb Pharm Lemon Balm 30ml

Made from fresh aerial parts of Melissa officinalis, Herb Pharm’s broad-spectrum Lemon Balm is organically cultivated in southern Oregon and promptly extracted to preserve herbal vitality. Traditionally used for gentle calm, lemon balm offers a bright, lemony taste with hints of sour and bitter.

Directions

Shake well: Always shake the bottle well before using.
Squeeze the dropper bulb once to get a full dose.
Add the full squeeze of the dropper to about 2 ounces (60ml) (a small glass) of water or juice.
Take two to five times a day.
It is best to take it between meals.
