Herb Pharm Stinging Nettle Blend 30ml

Herb Pharm's Stinging Nettle Blend is a broad-spectrum liquid herbal extract made from certified organic Urtica dioica aerial parts and seeds, extracted separately then blended for potency. Traditionally used to soothe summer allergies, it has a rich, nutty flavour.

Directions

Shake well before each use.
Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 ounces (60ml) of water or juice.
Take this mixture two to five times per day.
For best results, it should be taken between meals.
