UK made apple & blackcurrant liposomal liquid magnesium glycinate for kids. Supports calm, focus, sleep and development. Gentle on tummies, easy to absorb, non-GMO, vegan, free from nasties. Provides 35–70mg magnesium.

Directions

Shake gently before use. Take 5-10ml per day 35-70mg (one to two teaspoons). Can be taken directly or mixed with a cold drink, smoothie etc.
Age 2-6 take 35mg - 5ml (1 teaspoon)
Age 7-14 – take 70mg - 10ml (2 x teaspoon)
