Directions

Men: one capsule per 30kg body weight a day for maintenance. Two capsules per 30kg for acute use.
Post-menopausal Women: one capsule per 30kg body weight a day for maintenance. Two capsules per 30kg for acute use.
Taken with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
