Directions

Adults and children aged 14+: 15ml (3 teaspoons) daily.
Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.

Do not take on an empty stomach – take with food. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon.
