Directions
Take up to 1½ level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

Shiitake has a distinct umami aroma and savoury depth.
