MycoNutri™ Wood Ear is produced from the fruiting body using two-stage hot-water extraction followed by vacuum concentration and spray-drying. The result is a concentrated extract containing over 30% heteropolysaccharides and naturally occurring phenolic compounds characteristic of Wood Ear.
Directions
Take up to one heaped 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 800mg-2.4g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.
1 heaped teaspoon = approx 2.4g.
Fully water-soluble, but may dissolve slowly and form small clumps initially due to its viscous heteropolysaccharide matrix. Stir continuously or blend into smoothies for best dispersion.
