Directions
Take up to ½ a level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake between 500mg -1g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

Mix into warm water, smoothies, yoghurt, or take in capsules. Avoid combining with grapefruit juice.
