Planet Paleo Pure Gelatine, sourced from pasture-raised cows, is a rich source of natural collagen and protein. Used for centuries in traditional diets, it’s ideal for making jelly desserts, gummies, protein shakes, or thickening soups and stews. One tablespoon (10g) provides 9.1g of protein.

Directions

For jelly: add 10g (approx. 1 x 15ml level tablespoon) of gelatine to 600ml of hot fruit juice and stir until it dissolves. Empty into glass tray and leave to cool before refrigerating until it sets.

For general use add one teaspoon to stews, sauces or soups to thicken.
