Rio Amazon Pau d’Arco Loose Tea 50g

Loose tea of shredded bark from Tabebuia impetiginosa, known as Pau d'Arco and as Lapacho, a huge canopy tree native to the Amazon rainforest. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions

Put 2 heaped teaspoons of tea into a saucepan with 2 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil and then let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve. Adults and children aged 12+ years: 1 cup of tea up to 3 times daily. Drink on empty stomach for therapeutic effect
