Directions

Unwrap and stick - Peel off the backing and press the pad into your underwear, sticky side down.
Wrap the wings - Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear to keep it snug and secure.
Change every 4-6 hours - Or sooner if it feels full.
Bin it, don't flush it - Wrap used pads and pop them in the bin. Pads can't be flushed.
