Directions

Maintenance use:
Maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome by taking Ultimate V daily. Take one capsule daily, preferably with food in the morning.

Intensive use:
If recommended by your healthcare professional, the daily dose can be increased to two capsules a day.

Other important information:

If you find it difficult to swallow capsules, open and mix the contents with liquids or food, no warmer than room temperature.

Ultimate V can be safely taken alongside prescription antibiotics or anti-fungals. Ideally take the probiotic 2-4 hours away from an antibiotic. If you are unsure about other medications, please check with your doctor.

Suitable in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
