Directions

Dosage added to water or juice:
Immediate support: 2g (one level teaspoon) in the morning and 2g (one level teaspoon) at bedtime.
Ongoing support: 2g (one level teaspoon) at bedtime.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4g (two level teaspoons).
Children over three years: half adult dose.
