L-Lysine is required for healthy growth and development, tissue support, production of enzymes, fatty acid breakdown, energy production, concentration & healthy cardiovascular & immune system.

Directions

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one or two tablets daily on an empty stomach, can be increased to three tablets if required or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
