HealthAid Starflower Oil is extracted from the seeds of the borage plant and contains the richest source of Gamma Linolenic Acid. GLA is a fatty acid that the body converts to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin which helps maintain normal metabolism, healthy skin and flexible joints.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age, 15 drops (approx. ½ teaspoon) daily with food, can be mixed with milk or fruit juice if desired.
As a cosmetic: massage a few drops as required onto the face and body to give a smooth and soft skin texture.
