Directions

The recommended intake of VSL#3 capsules is one to two capsules a day or as directed by your healthcare provider. Most people start with one capsule a day for two weeks and then adjust as needed.

VSL#3 capsules can be taken before or after meals. Simply swallow the capsule with water or alternatively open the capsule and stir the content into any cold, non-fizzy drink or food.
