Directions

Aged 16+: take two capsules, 60 minutes after food, with half a glass of water before and another half immediately after. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take the capsules at least 30 minutes before food, and/or increase the dosage. Take capsules at least two hours away from other supplements and medication.
Children aged 10-15: open one capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take one capsule with water as directed above.
Maximum dosage: aged 16+: up to six capsules per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: up to four capsules per day. Children aged 10-15: up to two capsules per day.
