Thera Nordic Move 60's

Move is a natural and gentle way to effectively detox the gut and stimulate healthy bowel movements. Move first softens the bowel contents and then stimulates natural movement through a combination of magnesium and herbal extracts.

Directions

Move should be taken before bedtime. On the first evening, take two capsules with 300ml of water. If you have a bowel movement the following morning, continue with two capsule each evening. If two capsules seems too strong, cut back to one capsule.

In case there is no bowel movement with two capsules, increase to three capsules the following evening - again with 300ml of water. If you have no bowel movement the next morning you can continue to increase the dose up to a maximum of four capsules.
