FSC Vitamin D3 Liquid 30ml

Vitamin D increases absorption of calcium from food and reduces its excretion. It plays a role in insulin metabolism, blood cell formation and can only be manufactured by the body on exposure to sunlight.

Directions

Take 4 to 10 drops daily, preferably with a meal. Can be mixed into liquids or consumed directly.
