Lecithin granules from non-GM soya. Each tablespoon (7.5 grams) of lecithin granules contains approx. 1700mg phosphatidyl choline, 1000mg of phosphatidyl inositol and 2,200mg of essential fatty acids as linoleic acid. Also provides omega-3 linolenic acid. Vegetarian, vegan and kosher.

Directions

Take 1 to 3 tablespoons daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
