Cytoplan Fos-A-Dophilus 60's

Fos-A-Dophilus contains six strains of live native bacteria, plus a small amount of prebiotic. It is designed to have activity throughout the whole GI tract. Available in one size of 60 vegan friendly capsules.

Directions

Take one to two capsules daily, taken two hours after food, as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.

For those travelling: Start taking Fos-A-Dophilus for at least seven days prior to the start of your journey. During travel take the recommended daily dose, and continue to do so for at least seven days following the end of your travels.
