FSC Folic Acid 400ug 90's

Folic Acid is essential for the correct development of the foetus, in particular the complete development of the neural tube. Government advice recommends that women planning a pregnancy or who are pregnant should take a 400ug supplement daily (up to the 12th week of pregnancy).
