The glass shaker contains 75% dried ground Seagreens® native wild seaweeds Dulse (Palmaria palmata) and Winged Kelp (Alaria esculenta), mixed with 25% unrefined natural Dorset sea salt. Nothing added or extracted. Nutritious food seaweed.

Directions

Sprinkle it on everyday foods instead of salt and to replace salt in baking. Tasty enough to use by itself.
