Directions

For sleep support, take 1-3 capsules 20-30 minutes before sleep. If your goal is to increase NAD levels by inhibiting the enzyme CD38, take 2-4 capsules per day before bed.

Apigenin is fat-soluble, meaning it is best absorbed by the body when taken with a fat source. Healthy options for this are avocado, yoghurt, coconut or extra virgin olive oil.

CD38 inhibitors are not recommended when fighting an active infection. CD38 helps regulate immune cell activity and promotes the production of important inflammatory molecules that control and eliminate pathogens.
