Directions

One patch daily.
Apply the patch to an area with little or no hair, i.e. shoulder, inner arm, or hip.
Avoid using any lotion, or cream, in the area of patch application.
Patches can be worn in conjunction with other patches or alone for eight hours, day or night.
Patches are not waterproof.
