Cold-pressed oil of Nigella sativa. Black Seed Oil has a long history of use. Can be used internally, applied topically (diluted), added to massage oils and hair products and in recipes and beverages.
Directions
One teaspoon (about 5ml) once a day with food. Maximum 20ml daily, unless otherwise advised.
