Nature's Bounty® Chewable Acidophilus with B.lactis food supplement combines 1 billion "friendly" bacterial cultures, to provide an additional source of the micro-organisms that are naturally found throughout the digestive system.

Directions

For adults and teenagers: chew one to two tablets daily preferably with a meal.
For children over three: chew half to one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Do not chew tablets with hot drinks, heat kills bacteria.
