Colostrum is the ‘first milk’ produced by cattle in the hours following their infant's birth to develop the calf's immune system and trigger growth. This colostrum is from grass-fed / finished cattle and is ethically sourced from the surplus left after the calf has been fully nourished.

Directions

Consume 5-10g per day. Colostrum can be taken at any time of the day and can be added to shakes, yoghurt or milk.
