D-Ribose is a naturally-occurring sugar that is vital for energy production since it is the main building block of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) production and important for maintaining normal ATP levels in the body.

Directions

Take 1-2 teaspoons (3-6 grams) daily in a divided dose with food. It can be mixed into fruit juice or another drink. It tastes mildly sweet and not unpleasant. D-Ribose should be taken with or immediately after food. Do not take on an empty stomach.
