Miller's Choice gluten free wholegrain oat flour is carefully selected from British mills and is perfect to add some extra wholegrain gluten free goodness to your baking.
Directions
To make Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies:
Ingredients - 1.5 cups gf oat flour, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 3/4 cups unsalted butter, 1.5 cups sugar, 1 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp vanilla extra, 3 large eggs, 1.25 cups chocolate chips.
Method - Preheat the oven to 180C, and lightly grease a 25x25cm pan. Combine the oat flour with the baking soda and set aside. Melt the butter and combine with the sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs until smooth. Fold in the dry ingredients and add the chocolate chips. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
