Health Aid Magnesium Bisglycinate 375mg 60's

The HealthAid® chelated Magnesium Bisglycinate is fortified with Vitamin B6 which facilitates cellular uptake of magnesium, increases its effectiveness and limits excretion. It was found that supplemental magnesium combined with Vitamin B6 was more effective than magnesium alone.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily. Adults can increase up to 4 tablets daily if required.
